The staff was very kind. They helped with everything I needed . Breakfast had plentiful options and tasted delicious. The hotel lobby was large, clean, and comfortable.

Emma was really helpful. She gave us great directions to Eze and Monaco. The staff speaks English, German, French, and Spanish. The hotel allowed us to store our luggage before check-in, so we explored freely.
The room was much smaller than I expected. It felt uncomfortable. I could hear neighbors through the walls. Getting sleep was very difficult. The shower handle was broken, so I had to hold the showerhead the whole time. the room did not feel very well kept.
